William E. Zyla

William Zyla received his BA from the University of Western Ontario and his LLB from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Bar in 1979. During his 35 years in practice, William has developed an expertise in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

As a resident and a lawyer in the Bloor West and Kingsway Village area, William has served his community in various capacities. He was president of the Lambton Kingsway School Council during the turbulent period of the new curriculum introduction, was and continues to be the legal advisor to credit unions and community associations and nursing homes.

William has also shared his knowledge by presenting many seminars on real estate, estate planning and estate administration matters. Although William enjoys working for all his clients, he has developed a particular affinity for his senior clientele and his practice has evolved to meet their special needs.
